Get out of a Dinner Rut

We make dinner every day, isn't it time to master it once and for all? 

So let's tackle this "dinner rut" that so many of us find ourselves in! It's caused by three factors, and today is all about overcoming those.

The cherry on top of everything we've solved this week is figuring out why all this effort is worth it. Once you know this, you've got the magic ingredient: MOTIVATION. Add that to the strategies you've learned this week and it's "See ya later, dinnertime stress!!!

Making dinner can save your life!
